A goal of mine is to always keep learning. Things change quickly, and we cannot always control everything that comes our way, but there are some things I have learned that have shifted my mindset as I continue to grow. These are 25 things I have learned in my 25 years of life…
- The relationship you have with yourself is the most important relationship you will have
- Learn to enjoy alone time
- Confidence is just an energy game
- Do not force anything in your life
- Diets do not work
- Rejection is just redirection
- No one really knows what they’re doing
- Excessive coffee/alcohol can make you feel like you have bad anxiety
- Invest time into your friendships
- Do not neglect your friendships once you get into a relationships
- Doing more does not mean you are more productive
- Call your parents
- No amount of supplements/healthy food/exercise will fix anything if you have a toxic relationship with yourself
- Things do turn out better than you would have ever imagined
- Weightlifting does not make you bulky
- Do not take things too personally
- Do not take advice from anyone who is not where you want to be
- Travel as much as you can
- Things change quickly, so enjoy where you are at now
- Always listen to your intuition
- Your body will change
- When dating, start looking at things objectively
- Find 1-2 healthy rituals that you want to incorporate daily
- Listen to podcasts, read, and keep learning
- Have fun
